Women's Only Rituals Event with Maria & Oscar (Inchicore)

Women's Only Pirtis with Maria & Oscar

The Pirtis Ritual is a guided sauna journey rooted in centuries of tradition and built entirely around your body and breath. This morning combines two guided rituals running in parallel — Aufguss with Maria in the Maja sauna, and Piritis with Oscar in the Rise sauna — with the rest of the group free to roam the other saunas.

Your hosts Maria & Oscar open the session by sharing their own story, the history of Pirtis, and a walk-through of the ritual ahead, so you know exactly what to expect before the heat begins.
