About the event
A Lithuanian inspired ritual, led by a ritual master, moving guests through heat, air, water and earth across four short rounds. Unlike our usual self guided format, this is a guided single-ritual sitting - one hour, one group, one master start to finish.
The Ritual, Step by Step
Total experience: 1 hour — 45-minute guided ritual + 15 minutes free roam
Introduction · 5 min Check in and opening talk - Oscar explains the ritual and the 4 elements.
Round one · 10 min Gentle whisking ( fire / air )
Break · 5 min Plunge and cool down.
Round Two · 15 min whisking and herbal water bathing ( water )
Break · 10 min Plunge and cool down.
Final round · 10 min Salt scrub, light steam, relax ( earth )

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
