Our studio space is available for rent for your classes or workshops, we can facilitate up to 20 people in our space and slots run for an hour and 15 minutes which includes time for cleaning down after.
Step into a space designed for balance, restoration, and wellbeing. Our yoga studio offers a welcoming environment where movement, mindfulness, and community come together to support your physical and mental health.
Yoga mats and blocks are also provided.
Just beside the studio, our sauna provides the perfect compliment to your practice. Whether you're unwinding after a yoga class, easing muscle tension, or simply taking time to recharge, the soothing heat helps promote relaxation, recovery, and overall wellness.

On Victoria Road, just before reaching Albert Roundabout, take a right turn through the gates at the former Careys Tool Hire. There is ample free parking available; however, vehicles left for more than 1.5 hours may be subject to clamping.
