Same structure as the Lunar Cycle Herbal Infusion on 10 September, with a change of scent and season: Maria uses autumn-themed aromatics — cinnamon, frankincense, sage — for a 20-minute herbal sauna journey marking the end of summer and the start of autumn.
Guests enjoy the fragrance of the herbs, music, steam and a therapeutic salt body scrub, then herbal tea and sauna snacks while exploring the sauna village.

What to Expect?

Guests check in ahead of the 7:00am start.

Maria leads a 20-minute herbal sauna journey with autumn-themed aromatics — cinnamon, frankincense, sage — finished with a therapeutic salt body scrub.

Afterwards, guests enjoy herbal tea and sauna snacks prepared by Maria, and are free to explore the wider sauna village.

Parking
Parking is limited in the Goldenbridge Industrial estate where we are located. The Blackhorse Luas Stop is close by and the area is supported by the 13, 68 and 69 Dublin Bus routes. We recommend that you take public transport to our experience.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
