Aufguss is a traditional German/Austrian sauna ritual involving pouring ice infused with aromatic oils — onto the hot stones and using a towel to fan and circulate the resulting steam in choreographed waves of heat around the room. It's intense, ceremonial and immersive, built around rhythm, aroma and heat.
What to Expect?
Throughout the experience you’ll be guided by our Sauna Master Maria through three rounds of distinct Aufguss rituals, each with a very different energy and intention.
One is designed to be more uplifting and energising, helping to awaken the body and clear the mind, while the second takes a slower, more grounding approach focused on relaxation and nervous system regulation.
The overall experience blends guided moments with time to move at your own pace, allowing space to rest, reset, and fully absorb the benefits of the ritual.

Parking
Parking is limited in the Goldenbridge Industrial estate where we are located. The Blackhorse Luas Stop is close by and the area is supported by the 13, 68 and 69 Dublin Bus routes. We recommend that you take public transport to our experience.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the booking are entitled to a full refund or reschedule. Between 24 and 5 hours before you can reschedule your booking using the reschedule link in your confirmation email.
We cannot facilitate reschedules within 5 hours of the booking as we are unlikely to fill the slot in this short space of time.
Should I arrive before my slot begins?
You should arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your allocated time, so you have time to change beforehand. If you arrive ready to go there is no need to allow 10 minutes.
